established in 2007
Meet Mark and Shirley Anderson, innkeepers at Anderson Creek Cabins.
Anderson Creek Cabins was established in 2007 by innkeepers Mark and Shirley Anderson. Drawn to the friendliness and warmth of a small town, Mark and Shirley moved to Glen Rose 12 years ago where they love the small community feel that the city offers.
Prior to establishing Anderson Creek Cabins, Mark retired from a career as a firefighter of 34 years. Shirley has worked in the chiropractic health field for many years and continues her passion of giving Raindrop EO massages for guest and local residents.
Learning more about the guests that stay in the cabins and hearing their fun stories is one of the biggest highlights of what they do as innkeepers. It is very fulfilling and rewarding for Mark and Shirley to provide a place for guests that is a safe haven of rest and relaxation, and what better place to provide that than the stress free and beautiful setting of Anderson Creek.
In addition to running Anderson Creek Cabins, Mark and Shirley love spending time with their 5 kids, 3 grandkids, and with friends. Another love of theirs is the greeter of the property, their completely spoiled Morkie, named Charley. They also enjoy traveling, hiking, golfing, and 4 wheeling.
Mark and Shirley look forward to your stay at Anderson Creek Cabins. For more information or to make a reservation, please call: 254-396-2540
